Are my window blinds guaranteed?

Yes.  Barton Blinds provide a 5 year guarantee as standard.  Please note however, that this will not cover any damage caused directly by the customer.

Can I get a sample of the fabrics I like?

Samples are available for the vast majority of our blind fabrics and we can provide you with up to 5 swatches free of charge.  Why not take a look at the Louvolite catalogue here:

For wood blinds, please note that samples and stock will change from batch to batch.  Whilst we will make every effort to ensure we match your chosen shade, please be aware that wood is a natural produce and it will vary in its grain and colour.  Some natural warping may also occur but this should be viewed as a characteristic of the wood, adding to its beauty.  At no time is this reason for return.

Do you measure and install the blinds?

Yes.  Our professional and experienced team will visit you to take the necessary measurements.  Once we have made your blinds, they will return to fit them for you.  There is no extra charge for this; it is all part of the service you receive from Barton Blinds.

If I measure for myself, do I need to make any allowances for my blinds to fit?

No.  If you order ‘recess’ we will make the necessary allowances for you.  If you order ‘exact’, no allowances will be made and your blind will measure what you ordered.  Please be aware that all blinds are made as precise as possible, but within an operating tolerance of +/- 3mm.
